The curriculum provided by the previous activity will be converted to distance- and e-learning as far as is practical and consistent with the quality standards for training defined in previous project work

Special attention will be paid to making the learning usable in real-work settings with employer support and involvement, for example in coaching, assessment, validation of skills, provision of supervised work practice etc.

The difficulties of carrying out skill assessment using distance-learning and ICT will be explored and resolved, and necessary conditions for the use of ICT (such as transmission & evaluation of live or recorded interviews, skill practice sessions, the use of group learning, peer support, reflection and feedback etc.) will be defined to provide for the design (below) of suitable ICT systems.

Assessment of skills through observation of practical work or realistic simulation will be explored and included.

Previous project work will be summarised as guides for learners, trainers and assessors in readiness for use online.

The Course will be translated to all partner languages.
A very small amount of management and administration time is included here, to ensure for the proper direction, co-ordination and quality of the project outputs.
