Who Should Attend
This seminar targets women professionals (middle and top level executives) that want to contribute to the success of their company or their organisation. Participants may be general managers, department managers, team leaders, office managers, officers etc

Purpose
Skills building for women professionals in an action-learning format. Real take-away skills are practiced and consolidated in lively simulations carefully designed for training a particular skill set. The workshop concentrates on acquiring the most critical skills of communication, decision-making, building enthusiasm, trust and collaboration, delegation, motivation and managing conflict and crisis. The learning design revolves around a new leadership model, which emphasizes women’s natural leadership qualities and develops the full competency set needed for truly effective management.

Objectives
The workshop will:
• Strengthen women professionals in their ability to demonstrate leadership

Methodology
The workshop focuses on an analysis of factors governing women’s career success as well as skills building on personal mastery and influence. The agenda concentrates on the most critical skills of communication, decision-making, building enthusiasm, trust and collaboration, gaining influence and managing conflict and crisis.

The workshop is highly interactive with a preference for small group work and combines expert input, case studies, group analysis, role plays and self-assessment tools. An atmosphere of challenge and support spiced with energizers gives depth and vigor to the learning experience
