The structure, media and use of the learning platform will be designed for easy and accessible use by learners.  Several proprietary platforms exist and will be evaluated for their technical capacity, ease of use, and cost. The one chosen will be that which is most accessible while providing  usability for tutors, learners and administrators. The operational structure and content will be defined simultaneously.
