Partners that are carrying out trials of the training will use this time to 'recruit' or engage organisations such as Schools, VET, NGOs in VET, private VET service providers. These participating organisations will be the testing ground for the curriculum and qualifications. They will provide the practical feedback, evaluation for completion of the training course.

The participating learners will be individuals, usually employees, whose role involves giving career and vocational and employment guidance to disadvantaged people. The learners may be qualified or unqualified, with or without professional backgrounds (such as social work degrees). There is an overlap with the trials schedule to allow for different start and end dates in different countries.
