MMC Ltd in collaboration with Global Leadership Foundation is pleased to offer the first in a series of workshops that explore what it takes to lead “above the line”, with tools and techniques that can be applied immediately back into the work environment.
21st century leadership will not be about building “horizontal” capability – that is, the skills, abilities and behaviours needed to lead others.
What has become obvious in current leadership research (Centre for Creative Leadership 2012) is that managers have already become experts on the ‘what’ of leadership but are novices on the ‘how’. The way in which they adapt, lead and engage others to continually get the best out of them as well as keep their businesses alive and growing is becoming more and more difficult to achieve.
Global Leadership Foundation is pioneering ground breaking work that encourages leaders to really look at what it takes to break through the current way they think, feel and act and adapt and apply this to the way in which they lead and engage others. This process builds high levels of emotional health and achieves great business results.
