Purpose
The aim of this three day programme is to provide the participants with the necessary knowledge, skills and competences to lead and coach in an educational environment.

Objectives
By the end of the coaching training program, the participants will be able to:
• Understand what is management a and what is leadership
• Identify and explain the characteristics of an effective leader
• Discover their own leadership style
• Explain the influence a leader has on the organizational culture
• Define coaching
• Explain and use different coaching models
• Use different coaching techniques
• Grown their self-confidence and presence as a person.
