This deliverable consists of two parts:
1. an Installation and Replication Manual of the whole process.
2. an application to assist interested parties to find partners to run the system
A. COMPOSITION OF INSTALLATION AND REPLICATION MANUAL
The manual will describe the system as a whole and the stages that need to be implemented for one to develop the entrepreneurial mindsets of its students. Therefore the manual in a schematic form will explain how one should use the assessment first, the run the action learning sets, then use the assessment again, then implement EntreChallenges and then use the assessment again.
The manual will explain how:
1. To use the assessment tools (VET and Higher)
2. To implement action learning and to facilitate action learning : The manual will include:
- tips on how to introduce the activity to the learners
- tips for the facilitators
- materials needed and so on
- Issues to be stressed in the reflection part for each of the action learning materials
-etc
3. To implement the Entre-Challenges: The manual will include:
- how to introduce the challenges to the students
- how to mentor students in each of the activities
- how to run reflection sessions after each activity
- how to use summarizing , revision and paraphrasing techniques in order to build upon knowledge and skills developed in previous activities.
4. To use the website of the project to facilitate the installation of the system. In fact the website of the project has a significant role to play. Through the website of the project interested stakeholders can download the assessment tools, the action learning materials, the challenges and their activities.
B. APPLICATION
An application will be developed and integrated on the existing website through which interested Higher Education institutions as well as interested vet providers can register and find partners in order too replicate DEMIHE. After registration they can search for other providers that are also interested in implementing the system and they can proceed in installing the full system in the way it was run through Eminds.
