DESCRIPTION:
Two assessment tools will be developed: One of them will be aligned with EQF Level 5 and will target VET students and another one with EQF Level 6 and will target Higher Education Students.
Each of the assessment tools will have one section for each of the fifteen competences identified in EntreComp (and any adjustments made to it in IO1). For each of the sections the consortium will design at least 10 open ended questions, or multiple choice or problems, or case study questions. Therefore a pool of 150 assessment questions (15 competences * 10 questions per competence) for each of the assessment tools will be developed (300 questions in total)
Then questions on which the candidate will be assessed will be randomly selected ensuring that all three competence areas are equally represented and that there is a mixture of all types of questions ie multiple choice, open questions, problems to be solved, case studies etc.
The assessment tool will provide results on the CURRENT SITUATION of the candidate as compared with an ideal situation.
The reason for which we will develop this assessment tool is to measure the situation of the candidates:
- prior to action learning
- after action learning
-after the implementation of the experiential projects.
