The project will prepare good quality materials to support dissemination efforts, including:

• printed leaflets and banners for use in project multiplier events, other events, exhibitions and personal contact, with partners exhibiting at covering at least 6 major conferences with attendance over 500+ people (2xUK, 1xSK, PL, HU, CY)
• e-mail newsletter formats and content for at least 5 mailouts
• extension of the VRC & other partners database of EU contacts (currently cca 3000 people but to be extended in scope and number)
• publications in professional journals - at least 5 publications.

Funding for exceptional items has been requested:

• Software per-send user fees for mass e-newsletter mailshot  €300.00
• Logo and branding design €1000.00
• Room hire & refreshments for multiplier events €500.00 x 5 countries
• Conference exhibition fees UK €5000.00
• Conference exhibition fees  SK €2000.00
• Conference exhibition fees  CY €2000.00
• Conference exhibition fees  PL €2000.00
• Conference exhibition fees  HU €2000.00
