Taken together, the outputs O1 to O5 provide a comprehensive guide to evidence, content, delivery, modes of learning, skill assessment, validation and organisational support  for the key skills for those offering career and employment advice to disadvantaged people. The project goal, to make a positive difference to the quality of skill and the quality of support will rest in part on this output.

The project will compile the outputs, and edit them with user input, in a form that is readily readable and applicable in print or online. The book will be printed and published, and the text (possibly in a simple interactive form) will be available online.

Translation of the text and website will be done at this stage, and budget provision is included for professional translation services. under exceptional items:

National language versions of websites - translation of interfaces and content €5000.00
Translation of curriculum, handbook & technical texts €5000.00.
Our previous very definite experience is that accurate translation is important to maintain fidelity of concepts and implementation. We know that the products and the usability, acceptability and dissemination of outputs will benefit greatly from professional language support.
A very small amount of management and administration time is included here, to ensure for the proper direction, co-ordination and quality of the project outputs.
