The evidence from the Scientific Review  (O1) is clearly central to successful implementation.
VRC will distil the review  to identify organisational factors such as

• attitudes and ethical stances
• management methods and involvement
• continuing evaluation and improvement of service
• enabling advisors (learners) to concentrate on What Works with minimum distraction by ineffective but necessary organisational demands.

These and other elements will be built into the advice.
