All the hard and soft evidence from participation of organisations in both trials will be reviewed.
Participating organisations' managers will be invited to identify:

difficulties they encountered

changes they have made for and since the course
-
things that have helped or hindered
-
any unexpected or planned costs (money, time resources)

help or support they would wish for in future
Learners from the trials will also be asked

how their organisation supported them
-
what changes to working patterns were needed
-
what changes have been introduced
-
what changes proved difficult or unwelcome
A picture of the institutional (employer) setting and requirements will be built from this information, to guide successful future installation of the course.
