All the hard and soft evidence from participation of organisations in both trials will be reviewed.

Participating organisations' managers will be invited to identify:

• difficulties they encountered
• changes they have made for and since the course
• things that have helped or hindered
• any unexpected or planned costs (money, time resources)
• help or support they would wish for in future

Learners from the trials will also be asked

• how their organisation supported them
• what changes to working patterns were needed
• what changes have been introduced
• what changes proved difficult or unwelcome

A picture of the institutional (employer) setting and requirements will be built from this information, to guide successful future installation of the course.
