A review of the evidence for which skills and methods are effective for Careers Advisors guiding school and VET leavers into suitable work.

The study will focus on disadvantaged, hard-to-help individuals and NEET youth. It will draw on international studies and evidence, and will include reviews of effective ways to link Careers Guidance to the labour market.

A very small amount of management and administration time is included here, to ensure for the proper direction, co-ordination and quality of the project outputs.
