A policy recommendation will be composed to propose the official recognition of EUPA_NEXT certification by policy makers in the countries of the consortium .  

The policy recommendation will have the following structure:
 

• identify and clarify the policy issue: explain why the certification of office administrators in several EQF levels is important, present lack of similar europe-wide certification
• research relevant background and context,  present the research that has been done in the area of office administration
• identify the alternatives, present alternatives identified
• carry out required consultations- present the reasoning behind the EUPA_next selection. Why EUPA_Next and not another certification (nothing similar exists, uses European Policies, pilot tested and meets objectives, advise from experts in the field, feedback from learners)
• select the best policy option
• prepare policy recommendation document for approval
