The kick off meeting of the Skills for Wellness project which aims at designing transnational sector-wide occupational standards for professions at wellness sector and developing and assessing competences of employees took place on 23-24 January 2020, Volkshochschule im Landkreis Cham e.V. (Germany).

All partners (M.M.C. from Cyprus, Volkshochschule im Landkreis Cham e.V. from Germany, SATAKUNNAN KOULUTUSKUNTAYHTYMA from Finland, Civiform società cooperativa sociale from Italy, CONFEDERACION ESPANOLA DE CENTROS DE ENSENANZA ASOCIACION C.E.C. from Spain, ) met for the first time to set goals and plan the first steps for the project’s progress. The consortium was initially presented and the basic steps of the project were summarized. The application of IO1 IO1 Design of the occupational standards and IO2 Design of the training materials were defined. In addition, the project dissemination plan was designed and presented to the consortium.
