The WeCan program aims to encourage the integration of new immigrants through entrepreneurship.

The first transnational meeting of the WeCan project was held on 3-4 of October 2019 in Sweden in city of Uppsala at the University of Folkuniversitetet Stiftelsen Kursverksamheten Vid Uppsala, with the participation of all partners. Among them MMC Ltd from Cyprus, Rinova Ltd from England, Dimitra Educational SA from Greece, Van de Winkel Consultancy BV from the Netherlands and Vinnitsia Institute of Trade and Economics Knute from Ukraine.

The first day of the meeting started with the presentation of the partners from their representative and on their experience relevant to the project. At the second stage of the meeting, Folkuniversitetet University gave a general overview of the project's objectives, deliverables and expected results. During the first day took place an analysis of the first two deliverables of the project (IO1) "Connection of refugee women with stakeholder organizations " by the lead partner of the output Van de Winkel Consultancy BV and (IO2) "WeCan training courses" by the partner leader of the output, the Folkuniversitetet.

The second day of the meeting started with the presentation of the third deliverable (IO3) "Guidance for professionals working with low skilled women with entrepreneurial ideas" by the lead partner organization for this output MMC Ltd. Subsequently, references were made to financial contracts, financial reports and strategic dissemination of the project by Folkuniversitetet University with the participation of all partners as well as quality control by Rinova Ltd. The second day ended with the arrangement of the next transnational meeting and ended with the evaluation of this meeting.
