The manual and its of the topics will include both a theoretical part and a practical one (exercises, activities etc. for professionals to perform them with newcomers). The first draft of the manual is already completed.
Adjacently to the kick off meeting, a Learning Activity took place in Utrecht from 13 to 16 November 2018 during which the partner representatives along with the Third-Country Nationals who took part in the kick-off meeting shared experiences and were familiarised with suggested exercises and elaboration which will take place the pilot testing events where the training manuals will be tested (please see below).

In the following stage, the manual will be tested with professionals who work with newcomers in each of the partners countries. Especially for Cyprus, invitations to major institutions and entities working with newcomers will be sent soon. Of course, interested professionals can also express their interested to take part in the pilot testing event by contacting MMC.
