The WBL GUARANTEE - Public-Private Alliance for Work-based Quality Assurance Alliance has officially begun on 1 September 2017 and will be completed on 31 August 2020. It is a three-year project aimed at developing, designing and certifying two curricula, the professional development of training instructors in a small and medium-sized business environment and the public / private sector counselors / professionals working in forms of education and learning in working environment in Europe.

The third transnational meeting of the WBL GUARANTEE project in Limassol, Cyprus, took place on the 6th and 7th of May 2019. This two-day meeting was hosted by the Cyprus Productivity Centre in Limassol.

The transnational meeting was attended by representatives from some of  the partners involved in the project.

The meeting started with a short update of the task that have implemented so far by ERIFO. A short review of the minutes and action points from the previous meeting in Valencia took place and partners informed about the status of IOs and activities against work plan outlining the most urgent activities.

This meeting focused on the development of IO2 and IO3 although IO4 and IO5 were analyzed. More specifically the partners discussed what should be included in the curricula for the career counsellor as well as the tutor within the company (inkling content, activities etc) and have reviewed the curricula already developed by partners.  As this was an exceptional meeting the partners will meet again in June to finalise IO2 and IO3 and to plan the development of IO4 and IO5.
