The 1st Transnational Meeting of the EnterSchoolMind Project took place in Nicosia, Cyprus, at the premises of MMC Management Center, with the participation of the project partners: M.M.C Management Center Limited from Cyprus, Cyprus Certification Company and Apostolos Varnavas Primary School also from Cyprus, Rinova Limited United Kingdom and 15billion from United Kingdom DIMITRA Education & Consulting and 4th Primary School of Tyrnavos from Greece, FH Joanneum Gesellschaft MBH from Austria and GRUPPO4 from Italy.
The aim of the EnterSchoolMind project is to equip pupils with skills related to entrepreneurial mentality through the development of entrepreneurial mentality of teachers as well as by providing tools to educators to foster students' entrepreneurial mindset.
The meeting focused on the first two deliverables of the project. The first, the analysis of EntreComp and the identification of competences and corresponding learning outcomes that are mainly related to the school environment were presented by DIMITRA. The second deliverable, ie the certification plan for the educational programs and materials to be developed during the project, was presented by the Cyprus Certification Company.
In addition, the protocol and work process of the focus groups were discussed to help partners to select specific skills which following will form the basis of the produced educational material.
During the meeting, issues related to the organization and management of the project, financial management as well as quality assurance and dissemination of deliverables were also discussed.
