The WBL GUARANTEE - Public-Private Alliance for Work-based Quality Assurance Alliance has officially begun on 1 September 2017 and will be completed on 31 August 2020. It is a three-year project aimed at developing, designing and certifying two curricula, the professional development of training instructors in a small and medium-sized business environment and the public / private sector counselors / professionals working in forms of education and learning in working environment in Europe.

The second transnational meeting of the WBL GUARANTEE project in Valencia, Spain, took place on the 18th and 19th of  October 2018. This two-day meeting was hosted at the premises of FEMEVAL in Valencia, one of the project's partners.
The transnational meeting was attended by representatives from all the partners involved in the project.
The meeting started with a short introduction by the FEMEVAL representative, followed by the presentation of the agenda and the main objectives of the meeting with the participation of all partners.


Following, the progress of the Inventory Outputs and the corresponding activities of the project in relation to the agreed timetable was presented.

  • ERIFO (partner) presented a review of the partners' reports (IO1) on the development of multidisciplinary research and analysis on the professional roles and challenges of workplace training programs (policies, systems, skills and good practices).
  • FyG’s presented the current state of the design and development of IO2, Curriculum Programme development for in-company tutors (SMEs) involved in WBL schemes,that is concerned with developing a curriculum for in-company training professionals for small and medium-sized enterprises involved in workplace training programs.
  • CCCI  presented the developments concerning IO3 – Curriculum programme development for the Job Counselors/Professionals (public and private sector) working with WBL schemes, concerning the development of a curriculum for the public and private professional orientations involved in training in the workplace.
  • Danmar & ERIFO presented IO4 and IO5 respectively, providing definition of a pathway for the realization of these outputs, describing their deliverables and learning activities.
  • Until the closure of the first day, issues related to dissemination of project results and quality assessment monitoring were discussed. A full final review of the next tasks and a summary of new deadlines was also carried out, and the action needed for mid-term and long-term evaluations were planned.
