The Final Workshop of the European Project “In2C: Integration of Third-Country Nationals in the Construction Sector” (AMIF, 2018) took place on 26 October 2021, at the MMC Management Center facilities in Nicosia.
During the workshop, people from both target audiences (Third-Country Nationals with Employer Representatives from the Construction Sector) had the opportunity to watch a general overview of the project, as well as the tools that were developed throughout the project’s lifespan. Finally, an engaging and fruitful dialogue was conducted, between members of both target audiences, regarding the opportunities, threats and needs that have occurred in the integration processes of TCN in Cyprus, while possible solutions were suggested in each case.
The workshop was organized within the context of the last Work Package (WP7) of the In2C project and it was carried out in absolute success.
